Description of the role

Reporting to a Manager you will:
• Provide leadership to and development of Developmental Support Workers including the implementation of person-centered goals supporting Brantwood’s Mission, Vision, and Values, and MCCSS Transformation agenda
• Promote positive collaboration between team members, locations, and departments to best meet and evolve supports across the organization
• Develop open and responsive relationships with internal and external stakeholders including people supported, families, and community partners
• Lead diverse teams utilizing the Supervision Model and relevant Core Competencies
• Participate in the recruitment, selection, and training of Developmental Support Workers and Students
• Develop and manage scheduling and budgets to ensure policy compliance and address budget overages
• Work variable shifts (days, evenings, and weekends) and the On-Call rotation to support the efficient operation of Brantwood Community Services and to respond to emergency situations.

$50, 879 to $57, 817 CAD
