Description of the role

Provide a wide range of support for individuals as per their Individualized Support Plan (ISP)
Assist with day-to-day needs, such as mouth and hair care, camode transfers, and eating assistance for some supported individuals
Collaborate with other services to provide dynamic and individualized support for residents
Support physical and communication developments, or other goals set by the individuals
Uphold the 11 key client rights as outlined in the PLGB mission statement and values (visit our website for more information: participationlodge.com)
