Operational Leaders Training and Development

The “Developmental Services Operational Leadership Courses” are for Front Line Developmental Service LEADERS with 1 – 5 Years Experience  It is offered in partnership with the DSWI and Ontario Tech Continuous Learning, and is designed to support operational leaders (supervisors)  in the developmental services sector.

We are currently offering our first cohort of learning…An expression of interest to participate in the second cohort will be sent out in the Spring of 2026.

The 7 Modules include:

Transition to Operational Leadership
Time Management in Operational Leadership
Financial Literacy
Building High-Performing Teams
Supervision and Performance Evaluation
Conflict Management
Change Management
