We need your support to make a greater impact! This is not a typical call for photos, but instead a friendly contest…

DSWI Presents: BINGO - a Photo Scavenger Hunt contest

Here’s how to join the fun:

  • Download the BINGO CARD and CONSENT FORMS*
  • Use the prompts to capture meaningful support moments (be sure to include yourself and people you support in the photos)
  • Mark your card (there are prizes for the first FULL CARD, X, and LINE)
  • Upload your pictures (don’t forget to take a picture of your bingo card) to our secure OneDrive.

*Photos must be submitted with signed consent forms.

Prizes will be awarded to whoever submits the first FULL CARD, the first X, and the first LINE. The winners will be announced in our January newsletter, which you can sign up for here. But don’t let that stop you from continuing to play… there will be more chances to win when we randomly draw one bingo card from all of the submissions in January, February, and March!

A tip for uploading to OneDrive: To keep your bingo card, photos and signed consent forms together, we recommend you to group the files into a folder on your computer to upload (instead of uploading individual files).  Once you’ve done that, simply follow these three steps:

  1. Select Add new > Folder upload > Folder.
  2. Select the folder you want to upload.
  3. Select Open or Select Folder
